SYNOPSIS:As of 3:00 pm today, two Low Pressure Areas (LPAs) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) were estimated based on all available data at 380 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (10.6N, 115.4E) and at 635 kmEast Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (6.4N, 131.7E) respectively.
