This application system is particularly for establishments under the scope of the Local Government Unit of Molave which include the following:

•          Malls & Wet markets

•          Other retail stores

•          Restaurant outside Hotels/Resorts

•          Fast foods, Eateries, Coffee shops, etc.

•          Banks, money changers, pawnshops, remittance centers

•          Car wash & Laundry service centers

•          Art galleries, libraries, museums, zoo & sports centers

•          Tutorials, Testing, and review centers

•          Gyms, Spas, Cinemas & Arcades

•          All other private establishments
